How To Be Thankful (or Ways to Practice Gratitude)

As we approach Thanksgiving, we, at T Shirt Atelier, are looking to re-set for the coming year, and put into perspective all of the things we are thankful for. There are several ways that we are doing this:
Practice gratitude journaling: Set aside 10–15 minutes each day to write down things you're thankful for. This can include your friends and family, experiences, or anything that makes you feel grounded.
Use gratitude posts: Use sticky notes to capture things you're thankful for, such as small acts of kindness, personal wins, or unexpected surprises.
Be thankful for family and friends: Express your love and appreciation for your family and friends, who can help you remember who you are and what you want and need.
Practice gratitude meditation: Reflect on the things you're grateful for during your meditation practice.
Volunteer: Research shows that helping others can make you feel happier and lead to a healthier, longer life.
